Rear Hydraulics won't release

I have my tiller on my Kioti ck25 rear 3 point hitch. I have it lifted up as far as it will go but when I go to lower it to the ground it won't move -stays up, even after I shut the motor off - the hydraulics still won't release it. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

Kevin,

Another poster in the kioti section is having the same problem. I'd follow that thread. Some have suggested making sure the control valve (located behind your heal) hasn't been closed by mistake. The thread link is below. Those guys know much more than I. Good luck!
