1993 ford 1920 3point hitch wont raise

I have fluid to the rear but moving the handles and lift does nothing..I have a front end loader on it and it works slow if you rev up engine..how much pressure does it need to make the 3 point hitch work?

With nothing attached, the 3pt should lift easily. Is this a new problem? Was the 3pt working before?
Check or change your hydraulic filter

It just quit working alltogether im not sure of the fluid pressure from the pump but FEL works slow but a bit faster if you rev up engine.

Hard to diagnose from here other than to say the pump is bad. Is the loader jerky, hesitant? Is there noise from the pump? You may be bypassing somewhere in the system or the pump itself had something come apart.
