rear hydraulics on ck 30

i have a ck 30 with rear hydraulics for the backhoe what is the easest way to put a valve in so i can operate a remote cylinder ?

What kind of implement?
Did the dealer install a hose kit or a rear aux remote kit? If it is rear aux remote, you have a valve already. There will be 3 positions: A-N-B. The A & B are directions of flow and the N is nuetral or off.
You need to figure out which one was installed as you can run a lot of equipment straight off the aux valve.

the dealer installed it i am going to put a small disc mower on it and it has a lift cylinder with a single hose the control i have on the tractor has to be moved with a wrench so i dont think it is the one you are talking about with the 3 positions if i put it in the position so the backhoe will work the 3 point hicth wont work i need both to work to run this mower

You have the hose kit on your tractor. For a very reasonanble price, you can convert it to the KIOTI first remote kit. That would allow you to operate the valve as a 4-way spool valve (double acting cylinder), or detent continuous flow for the backhoe or logsplitter. You wouldn't have to use the diverter valve set-up when you install your backhoe.

I used to have the hose kit and as you have found out, it will power the bh but you have to get under the tractor and turn the valve and then there goes the 3pt lift. If you disconnect the bh, make sure you turn the valve the other way or you are deadheading the fluid flow which is bad for the pump. The dealer suggested this to power my bh, it's cheaper, but I wish he would have told me about the remote kit which will still power the bh and give you full valve control from the tractor seat for anything you connect. And, the 3pt still operates. When you use the bh, there is a detent psition to hold the valve open. Around 4 years ago, the hose kit was @$125 and the rear remote was @$325. It's a few bucks to spend but worth the advantages you get. I installed mine but I did the dual set-up. It takes a few hours and the kit comes with instructions.

I've got the CK20S and am fixin to fashion up a log splitter. I've had the tractor for a few months now but still don't have the friggin owners manual. The dealer was fresh out when he delivered the tractor but promised me one quickly. I've made two calls and still don't have one. Are there any details on the hydraulic system in there? I'm a fluid power specialist by trade and could build up my own remotes much cheaper than I could buy from the dealer. Where are the P and T taps on my tractor? I'd guess they're near the pump and before the FEL control valve. With the Kioti remote kit, how is the added valve actuated (from the seat)? Is it electric or manual? Is the remote kit rigid tubing or hose?

Hi JL,
Even if you are a specialist in hydraulics I don't think you can fashion a set of rear remotes for less than the $300 price of the kit which includes the valve, lines fittings, levers and everything for you to get going. All you have to do is remove the seat and install it. These kits are one area where Kioti is much more reasonably priced than the competition in most cases.
