Rear Camera- thanks 4-shorts

Got the cab cam all installed. Love it snow blowing.. It will take a bit of getting used to but the thing is nice. Real impressed with the night vision, not that i'm going to ride around with my lights off.

A big thank you to 4-Shorts for recommending it. Nice to have someone already tried and approved it. And SSB tractor had it delivered in 3 or 4 days.

I just ordered the weatherproof Cab-Cam for my JD 2520- open station. I had to use the 3pt snow blower two days in a row for at least an hour each and my neck and back are aching. Sure hope this helps!

Takes a bit to get use to. But it's made it nice for me.

I got my camera installed and tried it out snowblowing. I'm bit sure if I like it. It is hard to follow when everything is white. I'm going to try mounting it lower, to see if the changed angle gets some more definition in the snow.

how do you guys find the cameras work in blustery conditions? i have an application that I've been thinking about installing one of these to monitor a rear drag on our snowmobile trail groomer but im worried that after a few miles of trail the camera would be to blury to be of any use.

Before you move the camera please turn down the brightness
and then tilt it down a bit and you should be fine.

Is there any reason you cannot mount the camera in the cab behind the rear window
assuming you have an all weather cabin?

The one I bought has a heated camera lens, so it never builds up. The screen, on the other hand, being an open station has to have the snow wiped off of it every few minutes.

Which one did you end up getting? I have an open station B3200 and I'm contemplating getting a camera for using a rear blower - I haven't seen any that claim to be weatherproof for using out in the open.
