Tires Rear axel problem

Hello I have a CK30HST and i usually do my regular maintenance. But my mechanics skills are pretty basics, so I need help with a problem on my rear left wheel. My wheel swivel when it turns. I started noticing it going at high speed. I don't feel any loose (like when checking for a wheel bearing on a car), no abnormal noise. The wheel nuts are all thigh. The right wheel is perfectly fine. Any advice will be appreciated. I posted pictures of the tire when it turns.

A looks like about 15mm, measure the edge of the rim to see if it's the whole wheel or just the tire.

Looks like a bent rim. If everything is tight and axle straight, rim must be bent.

Can you Jack up rear of tractor and turn wheels by hand to see what's happening?

The rear of the tractor was jacked when I took the pictures. I feel no difference between the two sides when I turn them. If it is just a bent rim I will live with it. I will measure at the rim to make sure. Although I don’t remember hitting a hole or something hard enough to bent a rim.

I am not sure if I missed something that has eliminated the axle as the problem. If it were mine; and I was concerned about 3/4" run out on a tractor (which I wouldn't be), I would swap wheels left to right and see if the run out swapped sides (bent rim), or remained on the left side (bent axle flange).

I can't imagine what else could cause those symptoms. After you determine which one it is, get an estimate for parts (axle or rim), then decide if a little wobble is really that big a deal!

Jack that wheel up leaving the other side on the ground. Block the tires. Start the engine and stick it in gear.

Observe the result. Do not wear loose anything that can get catch and take you for a spin when observing. You can see the technique in this video where we were sorting out loose lug nuts beginning at 3:40. You'll go faster than we did to see what is going on but the method is identical.

Post a picture of the face of the wheel. Some wheels are adjustable, to allow flipping and set width. The outer wheel will mount on an inner wheel with bolts (and then the inner wheel mounts to the axle hub with lug bolts/nuts). It's possible your outer wheel came loose.

Thank you for your help! I was busy with work and didn't have much time to spend in the garage lately. I will try to swap the wheel, and will take pictures of the face of the wheel.
