Ready to sign papers - GL3430HSTC and need input.

I'm ready to sign the papers for this deal and want to run it by the forum folks to see if I made an OK deal.

Kubota GL3430HSTC, filled R4 tires, collant heater, single remote hydraulic
LA723 loader with L2231A quick coupler w/L2240 72-inch HD QC bucket
Hoses and coupler from rear hydrualic remote to front for future use with grapple, etc.
3-point Land Pride FDR1672 RD mower
1998 Felling FT12EW 18-foot trailer
Two chain hooks welded to top of bucket
Parts & service manual on CD
Delivery

Dealer agreed to $29,550 plus tax. This price includes a $250 factory rebate.

I live in central Wisconsin, and plan to use the equipment on my 20 acre wooded property, with a 1/4 mile gravel driveway for clearing, snow plowing, mowing, and any number of other fun chores I can come up with.

Anyway, how does this deal sound?

I have pretty much the same tractor setup. I purchased mine in July of 2003 for $26,300 without mower and trailer (Big turfs vs. R4s).

It's a great tractor/loader. I have almost 270 Hrs and not one service call, only routine maintenance.

Not to change your mind but the newer series will be here in about 3 months.

Is the 72" bucket standard for that loader? Seems a bit large. My prior 3710 had a slightly larger cap loader with 66" bucket.
