Just a note to re-introduce myself. We own 10 or so acres where we live plus my wife co owns another 60 at the family farm. We own a 2012 L3200 Kubota with less than 300 hours and a 2007 ZD25 with 1400 hours. I am a retired pipefitter/welder so I have a shop with four different ways to weld.

Welcome, or I should say, welcome back! You've been on longer than I have. You have a lot of experience in a lot of things that come in handy around a small farm.
I have a similar situation: we live on a 5-acre property adjoining my wife's family farm. The land is rented out to a local row crop farmer. My FIL, who farmed for 55 years, has passed away, so I end up maintaining and operating the equipment for the waterways, driveways, weed spraying, snow removal, etc.
