Mowing RCK60B-22BX mower question

I only got my BX23/mower recently and was putting the mower away this weekend. I noticed that there is only 1 leading edge reinforcement strip, under the left side of the deck. There is no strip under the right side. even though there appears to be mounting holes on the deck lip.

The manual drawings shows the same thing, so I don't think I'm missing anything, but any idea why there is only a reinforcement strip on one side of the deck? Thanks!

There is only one strip. My guess is that it's there to assist in lift and prevent blow-out.

I just recently put my MMM up also. A very handy addition to this is to get a set of mower axle wheels. This allows for very easy cleaning and servicing of the MMM plus it can be easily moved around.
