Who modifies a leased vehicle (tires, leveling kit, air bags)?

My 2012, which now has 43k miles(!!!!!!!!), has zero rust, mud or discoloration to the frame. And it saw some serious winter roads this year, as well as construction sites every day.

The situation sounds fishy, the price to high, and the seller sounds desperate.

Agreed...My 2011 GMC is driven daily...Have 50K driving it through all of the God knows what stuff that PennDot thows down and there is no rust anywhere...Wonder if that was sitting in knee deep water for an extended time or something...I'd walk.

My truck is similarly equipped except with a 6.2 and leather and some other stuff and it MSRP'd at 43K...Got it for around 32K in 2010. The wheels etc look almost exactly like mine, in fact the whole exterior minus the leveling kit appears factory.
