range shifter

If my BX2200 is cold, I can start it with the range shifter in drive. If I try to restart after it has been used for a while and is warm, I have to move the range shift to the neutral position. The problem is that it is very hard to get the shifter to move to the neutral position. It takes a little force to get the shifter to move. Any suggestions.... Thanks in advance.

That's interesting. I can only start mine in neutral. From what I understand, that's the only way it will start. Have you asked your dealer about this. Sounds like there is something wrong.

As far as the range selector being stiff, If you tap the hydro petal the lever just slides right in.
