I was pushing some underbrush with my FEL a few days ago and managed to knock my fan blade belt off with a limb. I am not sure how long it was off but I noticed it right before the temp gauge went into the red side . Do you guys think I will be alright? I let ole Bota cool all the way down while I fixed the belt. Everything seems fine... Opinions?

I think you got it in time. I wouldn't worry. Just check your antifreeze and make sure it didn't turn brown. If not it'll be fine. If it did turn brown flush it and it'll be ok.

I didn't know anti-freeze would turn brown if overheated, what would cause that?......I tend to agree though if the needle didn't actually get into the red you're prolly ok.
