Georgia has been squabbling over the state line boundary with Tennessee for over two hundred years. It seems the original surveyors missed the 35th parallel by up to a mile claiming they had outdated equipment. This would put part of the Tennessee River and the city of Chattanooga in Georgia. Well Georgia is squabbling, Tennessee is fine with things as they are.

Had meetings with my potential grow-op neighbors. Tough call. They seem nice. Everyone is nice when they want something. Later if they get approval and there is a dispute, they may just tell me where to go.

Sometimes best maybe to be an A-Hole if you have to and nip things in the bud (no pun intended) from the beginning.

What exactly are you nipping? What is it they "want"?

I think the Ohio law says you have to keep the fence row cleared 4', not 5'. And a neighbor can demand that you clear it.

I noted that earlier, but this only applies to certain livestock situations.

Friggin right. Hind sight is 20/20. Could have bought it 20 years ago for just over a hundred grand. Just sold for 800!
