Thanks, very helpful. I guess like anything you can learn it but seems confusing, particularly at speed. On the other hand, the implications of not understanding them intuitively are, err, not so good.!

Think the point is they are very clear at speed once you understand them. Not much time for excessive chatter or vagueness at those speeds.
