Rake-Tedder - New Idea R-163

I have an old New Idea rake-tedder. A couple of the semicircular hoops that protect the tines are broken. How does one get or make replacements?

Welcome. How about a picture of the hoops that you have that are good. If it were me, I would find something close from another make and model (NH or Deere), OR make up some 'new' ones using re-rod or plain steel rod.
