Rake Rake-N-Ator or Dirt Rake

Has anybody used a Rake-N-Ator or a "Dirt Rake" landscaping rake?

From the videos I could find, it looks like they can do a nice job smoothing and leveling an area to get it ready for grass seed. I would like to have a power rake, but they are too expensive for the little bit that I would use it. One of these rakes looks like it could do a good job for less money. What do you think?

For grass prep of a larger area I get the grade close with the FEL then drag/level with a old 8' x 8' rock screen I modified with angle iron and a wood drag to level it out. It was a used a few times now it's resting/rusting in the woods.

You would need to attach some weight like a 4x6 to this would drag and level.

Have you thought about a Ratchet Rake - you can do a search. It would do what you want for a whole lot less money (especially if it's a one time thing).

I have a 6 foot landscape rake and a Ratchet Rake, and I also have a 6 foot Pine Straw Rake from Everything Attachments. They all have their uses for smoothing the ground. After watching the videos, it seems that the Rake-N-Ator, since it is 7 or 8 feet wide and 5 feet long, would do a good job of flattening the ground. Since it is rigid, it would shave the high spots and fill in the low spots.
