Raised Turbo Charged Pusher??????

I just talked with a couple of seasoned farmers/landscapers, and they told me to get a raised turbo charged pusher for the Bota I'm getting at the end of the week. They claim the tractor gets better fuel economy, more horsepower thru a cleaner air intake. From what the two had said I guess this system sets outside either on top or to the side of the tractors engine compartment. Can anyone explain this unit with more detail? Another way they described it was a double filter unit(shaped like a bowl). I'm looking to keep this bota around for a while and want what is best for her.Thanks
