Rainbows

I'm not much of a photographer, so the picture doesn't do justice to the real thing, but when I walked out of my room on the back side of the motel in Princeton, WV, Tuesday morning and saw this, I had to snap a picture.

Now I thought that was about the most spectacular rainbow I'd seen, but when I walked through the motel and out the front and saw the other end of it, well . . ., I hadn't seen anything quite like this before. It was still cloudy and very light rain where I was, but the sun was shining on the mountain top in the distance.

Wow. Talk about the "pot of gold" at the end of the rainbow! You captured it perfectly.
