Radiator leak

There is a small radiator in front of the main rad, is this filled with oil? as mine seems to be leaking oil from the bottom of the core,is this some kind of engine inter-cooler? or hydraulic oil cooler?

The small one is the oil cooler for the hydro/hydraulic unit of the tractor. If yours is like mine was, there are two steel lines running to the cooler. Apparently, these steel lines vibrated the cooler to much which causes it to leak. Kioti has made an upgrade kit that has two rubber hose lines. If you are under warranty, the cooler will be replaced along with the two new rubber lines. I fixed mine under warranty and haven't had a problem since.
