I have a John Deere 4130 that will barely move foreword in first gear only at over 2000 rpms. I was backing up while bush hogging and shifted into forward and nothing. I lowered it to 1a and revved it up and it would barely crawl forward. Any ideas?

Not sure what type of transmission you have on your particular machine, make sure the transmission fluid is up to level. But if it works fine in reverse, it sounds more like a forward clutch pad went bad (if your machine has one)
