RABBIT, RABBITS, and more RABBITS

Just got back from a trip to Indianapolis, IN. Met with our oldest son and 2 granddaughters. They had driven from Washington state to attend the ARBA 2005 Convention We don't get to see them very often. So driving to Indy for a 5 day visit while attending the Convention was a great opportunity.
My Son and Granddaughter's each had a rabbit that placed in the top 10 of the class they entered. It was great to see so many young people involved in something other than Rock Stars and TV. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
The show had over 16,000 Rabbits displayed in the main hall and another 6,000 display in the youth building. Attached is a picture I took in the main building.
In 2006 convention will be held in Texas. This will give me another chance to meet up with some of the great people form there. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
In 2007 the Convention will be held in Michigan. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Ron, in case you're wondering about my editing your post, the link didn't work because it had an extra "http:" in it that I deleted. When I was raising rabbits, I joined the ARBA, primarily for their magazine that had a lot of good information in it. Glad to see your grandkids doing that, and glad you got to see them. I never made it to any of the ARBA shows, but maybe next year I'll see you back in Texas.
