r4047 - where is pto neutral switch/lever?

It really shouldn't be that hard to turn the drive shaft on the implement to get it lined up with the PTO shaft. Just yesterday I had to rotate my tiller shaft to line up with the PTO and I just turned the shaft by hand, all I needed to do is lift the tiller slightly off of the ground so the tines were not hitting the floor and it is easy I have also done this on the brush hog many times except I do not need to lift it.

On my new Yanmar Lx 490 you can, -- with engine running engage pto then turn off pto and it will spin freely. Engine was at idle.
