Tires R4 Tire and rim size for a TC30 ?

If you would of said more before, I could of told you that first place that you need different rims, but I would of not known the exact size of the tire. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

When I ordered my TC 30 I inquired about turf, r4 and ag. For each tire type you need to change rims. It gets pretty pricey. That's why I sold my other tractor. For what I sold the tractor for and the $2200 I would have spent to change my ags to r4's at the time, I bought a new tractor.
Tire sizes are:
Ag. Tires 4x4
Front 7-14, 4pr r1
Rear 11.2-24, 4pr, r1
Turf 4x4
Front 25x8.5-14, 4pr, r3
Rear 13.6-16, 4pr, r3
R-4 4x4
Front 25x8.5-14, 6pr, r4
Rear 15-19.5, 6pr, r4
Tire sizes are:
Ag. Tires 4x4

Looks like I'm all set for the front rims, only need the tires. The rear rims I'll need to inquire about for a price. Hate to think I'll have $2,200 bucks in a set of new tires and a pair of rims but I'll let you know after I do some inquiring around. Thank you for the detailed information.

Did a little more homework yesterday and found out that my tractor has 6 bolt rims and the newer TC30 model has 8 bolt rims. I did find a Firestone long bar, short bar tractor tire that will mount to my standard rim and work. Looks like my only option or buy a new tractor. Hmmmm....been wanting to test drive a JD3720 and the NH TC40.

Just so don't faint from sticker shock, a dealer here in Ohio has a 3720 cab priced at $28k. It's a very nice outfit, but my wallet could never justify it. My neighbor bought a used big tractor of about 175hp with deluxe cab for $65k.
