I have a CK25, when idiling, how many rpm's should it show? Now it shows about 1100.

My 2006 CK20HST idles at just over 1000rpms. Your manual should say the correct idle speed.

My CK25 idles about the same.

I only use that low idle for actually starting the engine and then for only a second before shutting off. All the rest of the time it is at about 1300 or above. That diesel sounds much happier with a couple hundred more RPM.

The tag on the engine valve cover also lists the slow idle RPM and mine is a hair over 1000.
