Just walking thru the dock this morning and saw 4 sets going out for delivery. They definitely seem to be very popular. This winter will be as good test to see how they do in the lake effect snow we get. PXL_20201105_124350153.jpg

Nice. Is that a Kubota facility, or just a general distribution center?

Do we know what ply these are? I personally gravitate towards R4s because of how thick and robust they are (avoiding punctures/flats). It would be awesome to have the increased style and traction of these R14s, but not if they are puncture prone.

Almost identical to ATV tires that have been on the market for years. Perform well on a lighter ATV. It'll be interesting to see people's opinions for snow use on tractors.

Looked too prone for flats from thorns and I stuck with R4s.

It's a LTL trucking company. We move smaller accessories, attachments and tires.

The R14T tires commonly found on CUTS are 4 ply radials.

Contrary to popular belief, the R-4 tires commonly found on such tractors are also 4 ply rated but of bias ply construction.

Saw a thread at GTT where a guy ordered his tractor with the Galaxy R3 radials and it arrived with the R14s.

Personally I would prefer the Galaxy R3 radials.

Brings up a point. Are R4s ever radial design? Not sure I've ever saw one but that don't mean much.

Depending on R 4 size you can get 4 plus ply ratings and radials.

The R14T comes as bias or radial and they don't seem to tell you if it is determined by size or ????

I think if you need an R1 ag tire you shouldn't sacrifice performance by getting a hybrid.

Since 99.9% of my use on my tractor is on grass or in amongst my trees the R1's are perfect.
