I guess if he can't seal from you on way, he's gonna get it another way. I really hate thieves, no matter what legal loop holes they hide behind. Hope he gets his just deserts in the end.

The "cash" you receive is probably Monopoly money or counterfeit bills, same difference. Or it's the real money stolen from the botched e-bay "sales" or walk in's. Would not surprise me if they wanted 6000 down for a 2500 loan.
