Once again, I find it discouraging that Europe has such cool equipment. Check out the logging style claw on the back of the Excavator Bucket. Never seen that before.

I also can't help but notice that you don't see one annoying, flashing light unless equipment is blocking traffic. In NA there would be a thousand blinding and distracting LED lights, just to put on a good show, and they probably wouldn't get the equipment out anyway!

I was thinking the same thing while watching. I was hoping that they would mention the recovery cost at the end.

I’m surprised the combined winch pull isn’t more than 100 tons. I thought the heavy wreckers had close to that much combined winch pull.

Those pallet forks are pretty sweet for short distance unloading.

I too, thought a hundred tons of pull wouldn't do much.

Don't forget that is 100 metric tonnes - 220k pounds. I would have expected the suction of the mud to cause them more grief at the outset. I imagine the poor operator in that cab as the excavator began to sink into that abyss.
