AndyMa's given you good advice. Your gut told you so, too. Fortunately, engineering begins in the gut. Unfortunately, engineering is filled with math in the middle and marketing in the end.

Thanks for the pictures. It seems JD realized the Mid PTO mount needed support both in the front and rear for the 42/43/4400 series, unlike the 790 which is held just from the front (where it failed). I look into having some additional rear support welded to the bracket. Appreciate the info.
