Quick question for my 422/425 friends

I think one of you runs a sprayer off his 425. Anyone have any notes on this? My wife has a Craftsman with a 25HP Kohler. She wants to run a small electric sprayer. Just wanting to make sure I don't eat the magneto / alternator in this scheme.

I use on I got fom Northern. I put connectors directly to the battery. I did put a fuse in line. I will check it now.

I checked and the sprayer pump is rated at 17 amps maximum. I tend to use it for about one hour in the spring to spray for ticks with nematodes. I probably have run it for 3 hours total. No problems so far. I am using a double cigarette lighter outlet. I put two plugs on the sprayer and a triple outlet on the side of the engine cover. I really don't like using a double outlet/plug but it was readily available. It is easy to create a short if one plug is in and you install the second one.
