I have a Massey gc1710 and was wondering what everyone was using for a quick hitch. Also I was looking at Pats easy hitch and was wondering if they fit when you put the backhoe on. Thanks

I have a GC1720 and use the Pat's Easy Change system. I am able to stow them while using the backhoe, although it is a tight fit.

When you installed Pats easy change was it a simple bolt on with no problems? Did you need a longer top link, and would you do this upgrade again? Thanks Kevin
Hi Kevin, I have same concern. I see nobody replied to your last questions. Been awhile and wondering what did you go with and results? THANKS![/QUOTE
I went with land prides quickhitch QH05 and like it very much. ]
Every set of bushings for the implement is $20-$25 a pair.
Do yourself a favor and buy the Speeco Economy from above. Costs a bit more up front but it'll be right and save you money on bushings.
I have a GC1710TLB with a HF Quick Hitch. So far I've had to drill out the toplink and the lower lift arm holes to proper sizing for cat1, replace the pins to proper size (all to eliminate slop when pulling my box blade). I've also replaced the hook for the toplink. All told ive got about $170 into making it right. Every set of bushings for the implement is $20-$25 a pair.
