Quick disconnect couplers for grease guns?

I'm looking for a quick disconnect system like this for changing tips quickly, is it possible to buy them separately? I already own most of those tips and, while the case is nice, there is really no compelling reason to buy them again if I can just get the couplers.

In over 55 years of greasing farm equipment, I have never needed anything other than a flexible hose to replace the hard pipe attachment that comes with most grease guns. I did buy a needle tip to pump grease into sealed bearings to extend their life, but that is the only tip attachment I have ever needed.

I've seen 1/8" pipe thread Parker St series quick couplers used on a grease gun. Starts on page B- 77 in this PDF.
