Is this the right one for my 4300?

No, it is not right. The ridge is too high and the land (flat) from the tip to the ridge is too short. Here is a pic of the right one. I ordered some from discounthydraulichose and used this chart to match up the right one.

There should be a number printed on the side of the valve that is installed on the tractor at the present time. You can look on the internet for cross reference charts for these numbers. Alot of manufacturers valves are interchangeable.
