This is probably a dumb question... so will most likely be answered pretty quickly.

If you get a tractor without the Quick Attach option for the bucket... is it something that you can order and retrofit later? Is it a different bucket?

Apologies in advance for the ignorance :)

You can generally get the QA bracket for the loader. What you do to the bucket is cut off the brackets that used to hook onto the loader and weld on a QA plate.

I had a local welding shop where I bought my forks do the retro fit to my bucket. Cost me about $200 for the plate and the cutting and welding. They made the plate themselves. They usually run around $125-150.

FWIW - best money I ever spent! No dealer should ever let a tractor loader leave the lot without the QA option on or at least offered to the buyer.
