Quick attach grapples for Kobota m125x

I have a Koubota m125x with a kubota loader, right now it has a grapple for round bales made by scheyenne mfg. The problem I have is the grapples do not close all the way to the bucket so I am unable to pick up part of a round bale. Does any one know of another quick attach grapple that might work. The grapple will also fit on my skid steer loader. Thanks

Do you have a picture? Maybe the wrong lenght cylinder is fitted to it?

Thanks I will try and take a picture and you can have a look.

I think it need longer cylinders but also a different set up with the teeth.
