I just bought a Case 430 with a backhoe on it. Problem is (or was) it was put on by a real genius using 3/4" threaded rod, then had plates welded (if I dare call them welds) to the frame.
Threaded rods snapped in the middle and the >welds< came apart so the only thing holding the how on was the two 1" bolts at the bottom.
Glad I'm sensitive to "something feels/sounds different"!
I need to know what they call the part that is supposed to go where the 36" threaded rods were. they went from the top of the hoe frame (just under and to the right/left of the seat, down to a gusset on the lower frame, both having a 3/4"hole.
Anyone follow me on this? Please help.
