Question On Installing The 3 Point Hitch On My 2520

I just removed my backhoe for the winter and installed my 3 point hitch for the first time. The tractor was delivered with the backhoe mounted and the 3 point hitch parts in a box.

I didn't find any specific instructions on where the small spacer goes when installing the 3pt hitch. I've attached a photo of where I positioned the small spacer and wonder if anyone knows if its correct?
