Question on imatch and drive shaft for 2305

I have a 2305 with a 48'' frontier tiller, here my question. If I install an imatch do I have to replace the drive shaft? Will the extra distance from the pto to the tiller make it to short? My drive shaft is presently as long as it can be without being to long. I don't know the extra distance the imatch will give me.

I Match will add very close to 4 1/8 inches to the attachment length. This is measuring from pin to hook on the I Match unit.

How much overlap do u have with the driveline now ?

4'' It should be good. I will take measurement but I'm quite sure I have long enough to be safe. Thanks jenkinsph.

Well, just got back from my garage. Took some measurement and it doesn't look good. My jd is already setup with the snowblower and my tiller is put away for the winter, so I had to take the measurement without having it install and it looks like I would have approx. 3.5'' overlap at the farthest point ''attachment bar horizontal'' that includes the extra 4''. I don't think 3'' overlap would be a safe distance to operate the tiller. I don't have a choice, tomorrow I will take the time to install the tiller and remeasure it. Any idea what would be a safe overlap? Thanks

Thank you Kennyd. Sure is cheaper than buying a new drive shaft. Didn't no it existed.
