Anyone know what this recessed "Notch" is for in the L6060 cab headliner? Just decorative or does it serve a purpose?

There’s nothing up there under the headliner, or any options that I’m aware of. I’m sure it’s there to provide rigidity like Fallon says.

That recessed "notch" in the Kubota L6060 cab headliner is primarily functional, serving to neatly house and protect key components like interior speakers for the radio, the dome light or other work lights, or to conceal and route wiring harnesses (wire management) away from the operator, rather than being purely decorative.
Wow, did you use AI to write that? Completely wrong & BS. No speakers or wiring anywhere near that.

As you can see on my L4060 when I had the roof off to add a fuse/relay box, light bars & some other wiring, there is nothing up there. I cut the hole in the headliner next to the radio for my fuse box specifically because there was nothing near by. Let there be light - L4060 light bars & nice auxiliary fuse box for my full writeup on the install.
