I will be plumbing a PB circuit for a backhoe I recently ran across for my TC40D. Looks like there are 2 options:
1) Use the PB off my FEL control and the sump return location in the side of the tractor case somewhere on the right side (sounds like this disables the 3-point and the rear remotes)
or
2) Use an adapter end plate that replaces the end plate on the rear remote manifold stack (I think Woods makes one)......a little cleaner and easier to use solution IMO.
Here is my question: Will option #2 provide as high of a flow rate as option #1? The hydraulic lines are larger in diameter from the FEL and front diverter valve manifold than they are from the rear remote manifold stack......not sure if flow rates are the same everywhere in the hydraulic circuit (and velocities are just higher in smaller diameter lines) or if flow rates are slightly lower to the rear remotes as compared to the FEL?
