Question about Kodiak ST40 Rotary Cutter

Does anyone have an opinion on Kodiak ST40 rotary cutter? I am considering it for use with my Kubota BX2670. Is this a good cutter for use with the BX2670? What is the quality of this cutter. I have been quoted prices of $1000.00 to $750.00. How does it compare to the Woods ECC42?

I have one of their finish mowers and one of their rotary cutters. Woods stuff is generally a little bit more expensive, main differences in just the basic mowers in the models I compared was the Wood's paint and some of the hardware was a little nicer, beyond that there wasn't a lot of quality difference. In my opinion not enough to justify the price difference of $250 on the 60" units I was comparing. I generally touch up paint and swap out bolts and other hardware yearly or as needed to keep my machines as rust free as I can. I've never found a factory paint I can't scratch, till they come up with some, I'll never pay extra just cause the factory paint is a bit better.
