Quality Kioti Warranty Work

Power steering hydraulic metal line cracked at 90 bend. Leaking, spraying badly, leaked 4 gals in one hour. Called local dealer, not my selling dealer, told me to bring tractor over to shop and he would take care of leak. Four days later new line installed underside of tractor cleaned, pressure tested, fluid topped off. When I showed to pickup tractor the only way I could tell my tractor from the new ones was by my broken antenna. Dealer had even powerwashed exterior of the tractor. Handed me detailed repair order and price was No Charge. We hear enough about poor service and we need to hear about good experiences. I had a good experience. If you looked where this power steering line is and think about how to put it on, then think about what the dealer did for me in four days INCLUDING ordering the part, impressive! As a foot note my 2 year warranty was one day expired with 517 hrs. and he was not my selling dealer. Kioti and local dealer#1!

It is great to hear this. I believe that most customers are handled well; however, this Dealer went above and beyond. Get his name out.

My servicing Kioti dealer, James Little in Metropolis IL, is similar to the dealer referenced here. Took my tractor in for service to replace the 4wd solenoid block. Mechanic did the work, then they cleaned that tractor and loaded on my trailer. In addition, they fixed my out of warranty Kioti tiller for minimal cost. The only problem I have with Little Tractor is they are 133 miles from my home!

I wish they were closer to me (45 south/west of Chicago). I'm having some issues, to put it mildly.

It's nice you found a good dealer. I would definately keep doing business with them. Please post the dealers name so others in your area know where to get good service and the dealer should be recognized for his professionalism.

David A Banks did the repair. Excellent service, three miles from home. Selling dealer Rathell Farms also excellent service but in Easton, Md. 50 miles from home. So logistics 12 miles vs. 200 miles. Both good dealers. I am blessed to have two close by. We always hear on and on about the bad service someone gets, lets break the crazy chains with some good repair stories about Kioti.
