Put offer on Case 75C. Why so few Case tractors sold

Put an offer on a new Case 75C today. Why do I not see more Case tractors out there. I see Kubota everywhere and when I tried one I cannot see why. Is the Case brand not what it use to be?

My local Case dealer has a dozen or more red Case farm tractors on their lot, and about 3 dozen Mahindra tractors right next to them. They advertise the Mahindra, but never their own brand.

I like Case, they are as good or better than the other name brands.. No dealers anywhere near me..

Neighbor that farms ~2000 acres bought a "small" tractor a few years ago. It was a 75HP Case I think. I asked what he thought of it.. he was counting the days until it was depreciated and he could get rid of it. It had to be hauled to the shop probably a half dozen times in the first year, 3 times the dealer split the tractor to repair it. I think he got a lemon... Dealer charged him for every little thing and it left a bad taste in the farmer's mouth. He wasn't one to complain, but that tractor was the topic around the area by the local farmers. Dealer made a mistake on that one.

I don't know much about them, but years ago we had (2) Case 400 tractors with single front wheel. It had 8 speeds, 4 low and then you used finesse to get the shift stick into the high range.. I ran one with a 6' rotary mower over 6' tall sage brush when we bought some virgin ground. It was nice, always started (direct, not a pony motor or start on gas, but just started on diesel and ran strong.

Only Case tractors in this area are the big Ag models and not many of them; bad reputations Our renter drove red until a few years ao then went all green except for a couple of old ones that the dad kept for nostalgia.

Understand that it's now CNH. Case New Holland. They are the same tractor with different color paint.

As in any brand there are different models based on standard equipment.

Fair amount of red tractors around here, I think it's really about how good the dealer is...

Case seems to be the most popular ag tractor around here. Lots of red.

Go price You a same size New Holland the 4.75 should be the same tractor even the castings on the trans and axles are cnh then compare prices been my experience that red is almost always higher. Just a different color

I like Case, they are as good or better than the other name brands.. No dealers anywhere near me..

Same situation here. When I was tractor shopping late last fall I hit all the dealers within ~ 300 miles of me. John Deere, New Holland, Branson, Mahindra, Kubota, TYM, LS.....never found one Case dealer.
