I welded a bracket to the backhoe bucket arm to pull a homemade road grader. I have a Kubota B12. So far we have not had any problems wil just leveling off the top surface of a gravel road. I will admit that the grader does vibrate a little but then again we are not pulling a lot of gravel. My question is, has anyone had any problems with pulling anything from the backhoe bucket arm such as blowing a hydrolic seal or a hose?

POTENTIALLY, when the terrain is "activating" the hydraulics using an implement's leverage, a snag or sudden load MAY increase pressures beyond limits, causing bent rods or blown hoses.

Are you using the BH like a drawbar on a tractor with a implement attached and pulling with the tractor?
