Pulled the trigger...

Pulled the trigger today on an L5240, LA854 loader with QA, toothbar, Woods BB72X cutter, Woods 8400 RFM, Taylor Pittsburgh 6' BB, and Blue Diamond 66" light duty grapple.

Supposed to be delivered next week sometime. Keeping my fingers crossed that there are no delays.

That's nice, but if you are going to get in to tractoring, you really ought to commit rather than just easing in like that.

Yes...eased right in!

Since I sold my 5000 Ford with FEL and my Case 450C dozer, I was tired of not having any tools to work with, um I mean toys to play with.

In all seriousness though, I have to finish cleaning felled timber out of a 3-4 acre area so that the excavators can come and finish the lake. The toys will be broken-in in short order.

Wow. My wife cried when I sold our boat. I almost cried when I sold an Expedition. I would have to be restrained watching a Case 450C dozer roll away!

Do you go to group therapy? Or is that what the new stuff here is for?

I can see it's going to be fun reading your posts.

Good luck with Tyler Brothers. After the purchase, a three week delay on delivery (all fibs from them), and one need of warranty work, I took my biz to Athens at Dooley's.

Congrats on the new machine.
