No, I'm not excited!! After reading what must of been 3000 posts about Kubotas, dealers, implements, and tons of websites, driving my wife crazy - I placed my order for the L3130 completely decked out. Thanks to everyone on this site, what a wealth of info we have at our finger tips.

I ended up placing my order with Robert Wolff at Woodbury Tractor, it was a great experience. He is certainly no pressure, offers great price, good selection of good quality good price implements - and is a friendly guy to boot.

Here is the breakdown
L3130 4x4 HST
R4's loaded with Windshield washer fluid
LA723 loader
Quick Attach coupler
ATI heavy duty 72" bucket, with hooks
Bolt on cutting edge
bolt on Tooth Bar - ATI
rear light
block heater

IH Im502 rotary cutter with clutch
Leinbach RR7 rake with wheels
United box blade UB566
Bradco Pallet forks

Setup and delivered by Robert himself from CT. I live about 3hours away in Central New Hampshire and he will do the ride for any major warranty work during the warranty period - thats service!.

I tried to do a little talking with my local dealers (5 within 60 miles) but they think they have a captive audience. Sorry - but they really need to be more competive, and a little more customer service oriented, cause they're going to get hurt. Tried the Internet Dealers, nice guys, awesome prices but the shipping was the killer.

My Final three ended up being Woodbury tractor, Salem Farm Supply, and Emerich's. All very decent people, I believe they all will stand behind their product, and I really could of bought from any one of them with no reservations. They didn't make it easy - prices on the tractor seperating all of them were between 117$ and 39$ apart - talk about close!

I ended up with Woodbury because no pressure sales, excellent word of mouth from you guys, 3 years warranty service at my house if needed, all the 3pt implements available at wicked prices - need I say more.

I have done a TON of research on my above set up, talked with a just about every dealer in New Hampshire and am more than willing to share what I have learned, just drop me a private message, and hopefully I can save you a little time and spread a little helpful advice that I certainly benefited from you all.

Whew - sorry for being long winded - cant tell I'm pumped can ya /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Now I just gotta wait the week or so.

You got the baby of Kubotas L30 series, but it offers a ton. Perhaps one of the best buys out there. The LA723 should be very useful. I'm looking at either the 3130 or 3430 with hydrostatic transmission. You got quite the machine! Rat...

Congratulations on a great purchase. To bad things couldn't work out with our local dealers, but, give them time... if companies like Woodbury continue to be sucessfull they will have to get better...

Congrats Valkman, you will really enjoy your purchase. I have about 23 hours on mine. Like Rat stated, it is the most tractor you can buy for the money, at least in the Kubota line up. Good luck and have fun.

Congratulations. That new L series is really awesome!

I found out today that with the larger loader (the one you ordered), you can put a 9' backhoe on that tractor, should you ever wish. The old L series required the upper end of the series (either L3710 or L4310) to be able to take a 9' hoe.

With the smaller loader, I believe 7 1/2' is the recommended maximum.

Nice package, and I've heard good things about your dealer.

Just posted my first one here and it was about the L3130. Looked at it at length today after getting away from the B7800. Like to get an e-mail as offered in your post. Especially the price to see if I have to do any hackling. E-mail address is hanswy@aol.com. Can't use your dealer since I am in Wyoming.

There is a lady that uses this board on occasion that has a Kubota dealership in Wyoming. I believe I have it right. Her name is CNoel as I recall. Do a search on names and give her a call. She has been very informative. Rat...

Thanks for the info, RaT but my search turned up nothing. If she hangs out here, maybe she'll accidentally read this and sends me note.
