I have a 1997 B-21 TLB. While using my rear mounted snowblower for the first time the winter, I engaged the PTO after not being used for quite some time, as I do not use it that often. At first it did not want to engage, that is, the lever did not want to move at all. Finally the lever engaged the PTO. It seemed to work fine throughout that day until my last attempt to disengage. The lever would not budge regarless how I tried.( clutch in always, gear lever in neurtal, different RPM settings ) I had to bypass the PTO safety switch in order start the engine. The PTO is still engaged. Hoping for an easy solution/fix. Maybe clutch or lever adjustment? Most likely a more serious issue that will require a dealer. Thanx to anyone who might extend some solid advise or experiance for my problem. Tinman236
