PTO Shaft Cover safety chain attachment options?

Had a failure that busted the little plastic mounts that the PTO cover safety chains mount to.
Anyone have unique options that they have used to secure the safety chains back to the cover?
Pictures would be great if available.

I had that problem with a tiller. My dealer ordered a new "bell" and I put it on.

A tip, don't hang the pto shaft by the safety chain while in storage. If it gets bumped a little to hard the little plastic mounts break off and then you need to buy a new bell. BTDT

Always hang mine with a tarp strap.

I managed to rip a chain through the plastic ring. I just pushed it back through the slot and it's been staying there fine. If you must have a new attachment point you may be able to drill a hole through the bell and secure the chain with a bolt and washer or a carabiner.

Thanks for that! I was thinking hose clamp, but I wanted something that was breakable/sacrificial, didn't think about a zip-tie. Done deal, thanks!
