PTO Selector Lever

Do people have problems engaging the different PTO options on a BX2200? I find that the lever positions for Mid, Mid+rear, rear only are very close together and bear no resemblance to markings on the plastic guide. Is there a trick to engaging? Sometimes things just slide in, sometimes it won't go. I jockey engaging the HST in and out and then I can get the lever to shift modes. I am also trying to run the rear PTO only (seat forward) but found that it kept cutting out. On closer inspection, the lever was not moving forward far enough to engage the micro-switch under the fender needed for the seat forward position. Sitting down the rear PTO was engaged but the lever only appeared to be "half forward". I added a temporary spacer which engaged the micro-switch for the seat forward position. Is the PTO lever movement normal (tight, close spacings) for other members of the forum? Is there an adjustment to make the lever touch the microswitch? Appreciate comments and suggestions.
