Kubota L2900
Hi - so I wrestle on my 6’ King Kutter tiller on my L2900 and head after the garden to till it this spring. All is fine, tractor starts & runs fine, lift ok…. PTO lever wont engage.
I work with it, but it wont pull up with the engine running, clutch engaged.

I checked the linkage, and it seems to work fine - right into the rear differentia.
The PTO worked fine last year, has never been an issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Ok, I’ll reply to my own post.
Speaking of “differentia”, apparently I‘m having an issue with Dementia - I broke out the Operator’s Manual, and determined I was trying to operate the “Mid PTO” lever. I’ve only owned the Tractor 9 years and suddenly the normal PTO lever is at the back right hand side of the seat. Nothing wrong with me…. Lol

everyone be well - and read the manual once in a while as old age creeps up.

That happens to everyone.....

Mowed for the first time this summer a few weeks ago with my zero turn; stopped to relieve myself. Could not re-start the mower. Started getting annoyed that it broke down on the first mow of the season. Then realized that I forgot to disengage the blade switch when I got off (switch has to be in the off position to start).
