If I would have had my auger when we had our cat I would of taken up your suggestion. He loved my wife, but made a point to p**s on my shoes at least once a month. I do have a woods PHD and 12" auger now, works well and would have taken care of that cat. I've got a 150lb English Mastiff now that I love and my wife hates.

Sounds like you'll need a backhoe to put him under if he acts up....

I have a danuser with a 14" auger. Expensive piece of equipment but works like a charm. Sometimes you can dig a three foot hole quicker than you can raise the auger back out of the hole. Key is a sharp point and cutting edges.
