PTO on International

Our rod and gun club picked up a 1974 International, 30-40 horse,not quite sure but the previous owner
ran the tractor with no hydraulic fluid and burned out the PTO,any ideas as to how much this will cost to fix?

the clutch pack and seal kit cost us just under 200 but it sounds as if you may have more damage than that.
